Offered today is this Vintage "Romantic" from Staffordshire England Flow Blue Hat Pin / Stick Pin Holder. This mold features embossed arches and flowers with the Flow Blue Garden Scene featuring the young Lovers and a Lute playing chaperone.  This one stands approximately 5" Tall and has no stopper in the base if it even originally had one.  This one is in very good condition with no chips or cracks, under a loop you can see typical age crazing.
