This auction is for a beautiful Torquay Devon Art Pottery vintage Mottoware sailboat scenic hatpin hat pin holder.  The colors and design are gorgeous with no chips, cracks or repairs.  The motto reads, "A Place For Hat Pins".  This hat pin holder was made in England between 1910 and 1920.  5" in height and 3 1/4" in diameter.  The colors are a rich teal, golden yellow and shades of rose and pink.  Beautiful!
