Vintage Limoges China Hat or Stick Pin Holder Lady Portrait Signed by Artist Monreau possibly in the 1960s or 70s. Made in Limoges, France.  The lady appears to be a Decal with hand painted Gold Designs over and around it.  In Very Good Condition.  Approximately 4" Tall and 3.5" Diameter.
