Vintage Green hatpins

Description

These are two green hatpins. They belonged to my neighbor who died 22 years ago at age 93 so I do not know how old they are.  I really cannot tell what they are made of but I think they are plastic. I don't think they are bakelite. There is a small spot on one of them.  Please see the photos. From a non-smoking home.  Ships in USA only.  No returns.  Thanks for looking!!!
