It serves two flavors with a twist in the middle. It was refurbished by Taylor and used in a self serve yogurt shop for two years. Serial no. J5104839. It is in perfect working condition, as you can see in the photos, the freezing barrels are all frosted up. It has standby which allows to keep your product cold at night and not have to clean it everyday. It is a gravity fed machine which is simple to clean. it will produce about 10 gallons of ice cream or yogurt per hour. This is the same machine used by most Baskin Robbins stores and yogurt shops. Fully Automatic
With mix in the thermostatically controlled, refrigerated hoppers, ( the stainless steel holding tanks on top) and the switch on AUTO, you always have soft-serve ready for immediate serving. A new, accurate, and reliable temperature-sensing control keeps all ice cream at the right serving temperature and texture for best flavor.
It is equipped with a MIX LOW light that automatically comes on when the freezer is low on mix to alert you to fill the two top hoppers. This way you never run out.
Fast freezing
Each freezing cylinder and mix hopper form one tightly sealed unit that keeps your product fresher with Special foamed-in-place insulation. The two heavy duty Compressors and refrigeration system are designed especially for low temperatures and maximum production. Refrigerant Freon 502 makes direct contact with precision-honed stainless steel inner shell which keeps your product always ready to serve.

The efficient freezing cylinders of this model, designed for fast freezing, are aided by 2 powerful beater motors, each 1 1/2 horse power, (with vibration-dampening, shock-absorbing gear suspensions that are especially smooth and quiet) and by heavy-duty refrigeration units.
