It is inspected 3 separate times. Any part that is not working properly is either replaced or repaired. Then it is sent to our reconditioning department where it is stripped down and thoroughly cleaned. The inside is repainted to protect it and extend it's life. Fully Automatic
With mix in the thermostatically controlled, refrigerated hoppers, ( the stainless steel holding tanks on top) and the switch on AUTO, you always have soft-serve ready for immediate serving. A new, accurate, and reliable temperature-sensing control keeps all ice cream at the right serving temperature and texture for best flavor.
It is equipped with a MIX LOW light that automatically comes on when the freezer is low on mix to alert you to fill the two top hoppers. This way you never run out.
Fast freezing
Each freezing cylinder and mix hopper form one tightly sealed unit that keeps your product fresher with Special foamed-in-place insulation. The two heavy duty Compressors and refrigeration system are designed especially for low temperatures and maximum production. Refrigerant Freon 502 makes direct contact with precision-honed stainless steel inner shell which keeps your product always ready to serve.
Powerful Performance
The efficient freezing cylinders of this model, designed for fast freezing, are aided by 2 powerful beater motors, each 1 1/2 horse power, (with vibration-dampening, shock-absorbing gear suspensions that are especially smooth and quiet) and by heavy-duty refrigeration units.

We service and have new and used parts for this machine. This item is offered with a
30 day major parts
warranty, and includes the compressors, beater motors, gear boxes, fan, condensers, logic boards and power boards. The warranty starts the day you receive your item.  We service and have new and used parts for these machines. Sometimes machines can be bounced around inside the freight company's trucks and this can cause minor freon leaks. The customer is responsible for freon leaks due to shipping. You can file a claim with the shipping company for this. Each machine is tested prior to shipping to make sure there are no freon leaks and it is filled with the proper amount of freon. Any certified refrigeration technician can easily fix any freon leaks. All claims for replacement parts within the first 30 days must be filed, in writing, signed by a certified technician. All approved parts will be in writing and supplied by Rainbow Valley. You must file a written report on a service company invoice for parts reimbursement.
