No cracks or chips.
The head (ornament) is in very good shape, solid connection. The stem is straight/strong.
No marks observed.
Overall, very good condition.  Light wear.
Date:  mid 1900s or later.
Hat Pins Length:  9"   Head diameters:  7/8" and almost 1/4"   Head length:  1 1/4".
