Mix Hopper 2×15 Liters. Separate hopper refrigeration (S.H.R.) Maintains mix below 5℃ during Mix Refrigeration modes.
Indicator Lights When the Mix Low light is “ON”, alerts operator to add mix.
Electronic Controls The microprocessor controls with touch switch that regulates refrigeration by measuring product viscosity to maintain consistent quality.
Standby During long no-use periods, the standby feature maintains safe product temperature in the mix hoppers and freezing cylinders.
Hardness Digital Indicator The product viscosity is displayed to assure safe product.

Refrigeration System Main refrigeration: Two compressors: 2×5500 BTU/hr. R404a Separate hopper refrigeration (S.H.R.): One compressor: 480 BTU/hr. R134a (BTU may vary depending on compressor used.)
Air Cooled Minimum 152mm on both sides and place the back of the unit against a wall to prevent recirculation of warm air. Minimum air clearances must be met to assure adequate air flow for optimum performance.
