CAN I PUT THE ICE CREAM MACHINE ON THE STREET OUTDOORS?
No, because the machines must work at temperatures between 22-28 degrees and cannot be in the sun or outdoors.
CAN I ADJUST THE HARDNESS OF THE ICE CREAM WITH THIS MACHINE?
Of course you can. With the digital control of the machine you can adjust the hardness of the ice cream, from a soft hardness for a mousse cream to a strong hardness for an ice cream.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE THE FIRST ICE CREAM?
Depending on the model, it will take about 10 minutes from when you turn on the machine.
WHAT IS A COMPRESSOR AND WHY IS IT THE MOST IMPORTANT PART?
The compressor is the heart of an ice cream machine. Its power must be capable of producing any type of ice cream, be it flavored or yogurt, and start producing them in the shortest time possible. That is why we have chosen compressors from the renowned Italian brand Aspera.
ARE THE MACHINES SINGLE-PHASE OR THREE-PHASE?
They are single-phase, so you only have to worry about having a 220V electrical installation.
WHAT GAS DO ICESOFT MACHINES TAKE?
Our machines carry the best refrigerant available today, R404 gas, as it has a greater cooling capacity than equipment that uses other gases. This characteristic translates into economy because the ice cream is manufactured in less time and with less energy consumption. In addition, this gas is considered ecological because it does not damage the ozone layer.
WILL THE ICE CREAM SPREAD IN THE MACHINE?
Icesoft machines have a second compressor to keep the product refrigerated in excellent condition inside the machine as if it were a refrigerator.
WHAT IS THE AIR PUMP FOR?
It is a system that injects air into the ice cream mixture at the moment of freezing. The more airy varieties have a creamier, smoother and lighter flavor. In this way we achieve a greater production of ice cream with the same amount of product, thus making our production more profitable.
TALKING ABOUT MACHINES, WHAT IS PRECOOLING OR PRE-COOLING?
It is a refrigeration system with an independent compressor that allows to keep the product refrigerated. For example, at night you can press OFF on the compressor that makes ice cream and leave the pre-cooling in the ON position, so that the product remains in good condition until the next day.
CAN I MAKE SOFT OR SUNDAE ICE CREAM WITH THESE MACHINES?
The machines can make any flavor with the correct texture, for example soft vanilla ice cream, sundae, cream, chocolate, coffee and any other flavor you can think of.
