    Description

This is the original poster (also called a "lobby card" or "window card") of the original Off-Broadway production of "Rainbow."  It was sort of a sequel to "Hair," but without Gerome Ragni.  This time James Rado wrote the music and lyrics and co-wrote the book with his brother, Ted.  The show opened Off- Broadway at the Orpheum Theatre in December, 1972,  The poster is on heavy card stock and in mint condition.   I purchased it myself back in the 1970's directly from Triton Galleries, and have carefully preserved it since that time.  It will be packed in a plastic sleeve, between two foam boards, in a heavy carton with proper padding so it will not bend.  It will be shipped UPS Ground within one business day of purchase.
