    Stamps come in the original leather 3-ring binder in their original plastic covers. Plastic pages appear to have no rips, tears, or other defects. Binder section of booklet is starting to come undone. One of the rivets is missing. Cover pages has been slightly creased near the top left corner. Outside and corners of book appear in good condition with defects.
