Vintage Fine Porcelain Treasures Hat Pin Holder and one hat pin. The hat pin has a pearl type top and measures approximately 7 1/2 inches tall.
It is white with blue flowers and holds 12 hat pins.
Hand Decorated By Betty Platner.
Measures approximately 5 1/4 inches tall.
