I am not a grader of books but I believe this to be in fair condition. It is complete with no missing pages and all pages from 3 to 290 are tight to the binding. The first few pages have separated from the spine but are together intact. Spine shows wear and tear at top. Pages are heavy and edges gold gild. Primarily written by Master Charles Henry with additions by Daniel Gleason and others. Printed in Natick in 1892. Photos of Masters included at beginning of chapters. Edwin Mitchell in gold on front cover. Thank you for looking.
