Nippon Morimura Hand Painted Pink Rose & Beaded Gold Hat Pin Holder C. 1911 - 21
Very pretty porcelain hat pin holder. Nicely decorated with hand painted pink roses with gold gilt highlights. With a gold gilt band with pink and gilt diamonds along the neck and gold beading along the edges and around some of the larger holes. Marked on the bottom Hand Painted Nippon with an M inside a wreath. This mark was used by the Morimura Brothers in Nippon ( Japan ) between 1911 and 1921.
Has some minor wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks.
