    Small octavo (8 X 5 1/2 inches) 140 pages, brick red cloth hardcover binding with triple blind rules on edges of front and back covers, Arc of the Covenant device in gilt at center of front cover, and repeated in blind on back cover, title in gilt on spine, name of previous owner and "San Buena Ventura, California" on front pastedown (small blemish on upper left of front cover, minor wear to lower right front corner, general age toning and insignificant shelf wear, one signature slightly loose, but holding - contents are clean and not affected).
