    This  is an original broadside printing of "Constitution and By-Laws (Grand Lodge of Ancient and Free Masons of the State of Illinois) 12 by 15 inches, Issued by the Grand Secretary's Office , Peoria, Illinois, 1849.  Signed in Type by William Mitchell,  Grand Secretary.  Type set in 4 columns, 3.25 inches wide. Printed in and mailed from Peoria, Illinois, to Springfield, Illinois, and  sent as a stampless cover (see photo).  Minor pin holes at folding points. Not referenced in Byrd (Bibliography of Illinois Imprints).  This may be the only extant copy of this printed item.  Will be shipped partially folded (as it has been for 150 years or so).
