Please review photos carefully as these are the exact item you will receive. These are all rare and hard to find booklets go to rain incredibly fine condition for their age. They do have some of the dimming and yellowing that comes from something this age and there is the odor of Storage that is typical of these type of items. The bonus pamphlet has an aberration that occurred during printing and I am leaving in place. You can trim this off if you desire but you can see it clearly in the photos.
