Jupitar Maxi-LAB I could write lots about this machine because the benefits for owning this machine are endless. No machine from any competitor can come even close to the performance of this jewel. Multiple units(pasteurizer, homogenizer, aging vat, batch freezer, and cream cooker) would be needed to make all the functions that this machine does all in one. The cost of these multiple units would be 3-4 times the cost of this machine. The only unit that comes to mind and that would come barley close would be the "Kompacta Machine", which at twice the price of this performs one half of the functions.
