Interesting, perhaps home made (unsure), paper mache (unsure of material) ladies hat pin,  gray with pattern of dots/circles, screw bottom which works fine, measures 5 1/4" long x about 1 1/2" across, uneven/slightly raised edge strips around the round/ball shape, some specks of missing gray paint.
