Ice Cream Machine Carpigiani 820 Blades. Condition is New.  These blades are brand new and there is nothing like them for this machine.  I had an engineering shop scan a new factory blade and produce digital CNC machine specifications.  Then we scanned the posts on the steel shaft.  We digitally "moved" the post holes on the blade so that they would easily snap on and off the posts.  We made a set and tested and trimmed until we had the perfect size for a perfect fit.  These blades are of longer lasting food grade material than the factory blades, and are so much easier to put on and take off the shaft that they fit perfectly in the freezing chamber.  Carpigiani will no longer sell you just the blades - you have to buy the entire assembly for 00 - what a ripoff.  Take your old blades off (you will probably need a hammer) and snap these new blades on (two fingers).  You won't be disappointed and you won't have to curse when putting them on.  Set of 7 - ,000 (save ,000 per blade assembly).  Your machine will run SO MUCH BETTER with tight, sharp blades.
