Condition is as is , as seen , old , used, to include, possible ageing spots and or discoloring,
saw at least one page torn ( 859 ) , binder is pulling away ( first and last inside pages still attached
to ware it appears the binder could be repaired. No writing at all that I can see, typical ruff
edges and bends, everything you would expect in an old stored in an attic or garage , hot or cold storage.
But it does exist and is very usable and legible.
I purchase some years back at an estate sale. And it's sat boxed with other books of interest
in my garage. It's now time to let it go to a new home, and hopefully be enjoyed back on a
display shelf or library for the next generation to learn what it has to offer.
