This is a hat pin holder and lot of 4 glass head hat pins. The hold is a ceramic salt shaker that has been repurposed and measures 3" x 2" x 2". The item is filled with rice so hat pins will stand up. The ceramic hold is hand painted. I don't see a maker's mark. This item is a Toby type man (Colonial figure in 3 cornered hat). You will get 4 antique glass head hat pins. The black pins are 3" long. One features a rhinestone gem in the top. The long hat pin measures 6 1/4". This is a vintage item. Note...there may be a chip in the hat. I am pointing to it in one photo. It either was made like this or retouched by original owner. There is a cork in the bottom. No cracks.
