Gelmatic gelato and frozen yogurt machine BC 250 GRA3

Description

The Gelmatic gelato and frozen yogurt machine, model BC 250 GRA3, was purchased in 2018 and has been used for a total of only 4 batches of gelato. We originally purchased the Gelmatic for our all day restaurant, but have changed our concept and no longer plan to use the Gelmatic. The machine is virtually in new condition, as the photos demonstrate.
The Gelmatic is a 2-flavor, countertop, gravity-fed machine for the production of soft serve, express gelato and frozen yogurt. The machine is air-cooled, with two 12-quart hoppers and two 2-quart cylinders for frozen product.
