Description:
This countertop designed commercial Soft Serve Ice Cream Machine is able to make 2+1 flavors of ice cream, featuring one-click cleaning function and material shortage alarm function. It comes with Panasonic compressor, two 4.8L(1.3 gal) 304 stainless steel hoppers, one drain holder and a LCD display for direct observation of the machine's operation. It is a perfect tool for the places with great needs, such as pubs, cafes and cold drink specialty shops, etc.
Application:
Widely applied in restaurants, cafes, snack shops, fast food shops, supermarkets and other places with great needs. Without trivial steps, soft ice cream, yogurt or sorbet can be made in a short period of time.
Features:
☑ Powerful Performance - Equipped with Panasonic compressor, built-in expansion pump and R22 refrigerating fluid. Come with two 4.8L(1.3gal)stainless steel hoppers. Its production is up to 16-18L/H(4.2-4.7Gal/H).
☑ 2+1 Flavors - With two built-in stainless steel containers for ice cream making, this soft ice cream machine can be used to make three flavors of ice cream, including two single flavors and one mix flavor, for variety of tastes.
☑ Smart LCD Display - Temperature, hardness and quantity of ice cream can be displayed on the screen for direct observation. You can freely modulate according to different tastes. Besides, the one-click cleaning enables quick and automatic machine cleaning.
Operation:
Cautions:
☀ When you receive the machine, please don't plug in power at once, because the oil of condenser may have flowed into the tubes due to transport. It is necessary to let the machine stand alone for 5 hours, thus the oil will come back to the right place. Then you can try the machine; otherwise the machine may not refrigerate.
☀ Before use, please add full water to clean the machine, because it has been tested before leaving factory.
☀ Before use, please clean machine about two minutes. After machine starts to work, check display parameter. Hardness is 1-9 class. ☀ Refrigeration value is between 1200 and 1800. When the value is zero, machine will be auto stop , you need to check motor and proximity switch at this time.
☀ There must be a free space more than 50cm left on both sides of the machine for heat releasing.
☀ Ice cream mixture should be in accordance with appropriate formula.
☀ Please keep enough ice cream dough in both tanks, do not let the machine work with either empty tank; otherwise the motor may be damaged.
☀ Press STOP button and then CLEANING button, let the machine clean automatically for 3-5 minutes. Take out the residual dough, keep it in cold storage.The next day you can add some ice cream powder and use it again.
☀ If you do not use the machine for a period, please add water to clean it; If you use the machine frequently, please maintain the chain once every month(Open machine back cover).
