The blue binder measures 10" x 8.25" and the back binding board is 2.5 inches.  Incredible amount of information--right down to Trial of Individual Mason--unmasonic conduct and penal jurisdiction of lodge.  Indices, correlation tables from the 1975 edition to the 1991 edition.  Many, many pages...and a golden rod section at end on Instructions for Replacing Pages (signed by John L. Cooper III Grand Secretary.
