Good pre-owned condition, with no holes, normal use and wear. like threads, fabric fuzz, fabric pills,
I did not wash this item, for fear that the metal hardware would damage my washing machine. Has a strong clothing / closet smell to it.

Comes with at least 8 pockets (some have zippers), side adjustable straps, front zipper, rear pockets and two inside pockets
Made from 100% Cotton (Shell), 100% Cotton (Lining),  from China, machine washable
Single outer layer (beige / tan) sewn to an inside liner (the dark green), and a vented back panel
The two side straps can be used to have a tighter fit around the lower chest
