Bates Numbering Machine 4, Needs TLC

Here is a nice Bates Numbering Machine, Model 4 Movement model. See photos please. It is now set for Consecutive, but the wheels don't turn with normal repeated action. So the wheels probably need freeing up after being shelved for a time. There is no physical damage to the mechanism or number wheels, and it moves as designed. The selecting lever does not move. A nice touch by Bates is that the instructions are printed on the box. Bob is not included.
