The WF series frost top provides the most attractive way of displaying pre-plated cold foods.  The unit frosts over quickly, providing a frosty bed for the perfect display of salads and desserts.  The drop-in pan can be installed in virtually any counter – just plug it in and turn it on.
The pan is fully insulated for maximum efficiency and energy savings and is provided with a factory applied gasket so that it can be installed in the finest wood fixtures without marring the countertop.  The frost top is constructed of stainless steel and stands 1″ above the countertop for an eye-catching display.  When turned off, the condensate melts into the full perimeter gutter, sloped to a 1/2″ drain.
This is a used Atlas Metal Industries Drop-In Frost Top, Model WF-3.  It's in very good condition with only a few scuffs and scratches.  There is a single blemish on counter- please see the picture - that will not inhibit operation.  The unit has been in storage but was working in a commercial environment until the gelato shop using it shuttered.  (It was used to mix items like candies into gelato and ice cream.)
It was recently taken out of storage, plugged it in, and turned on.  The frost top started up easily, ran smoothly, and frosted up.
The surface temperature ranged between 19 & 24°F.
