Unit has been tested and does work. However, occasionally the motor will freeze up if you do not press firmly on the foot pedal. The motor will become free again if you simply twist the exposed blender shaft slightly with your fingers. . Likely an issue within the motor- potentially an easy fix?
Foot pedal works well and just got a new actuator put in. Comes with the 3 cups and necessary cords for plug-in.
Overall awesome unit at a deep discount due to the issue and me not wanting to dig into it etc. It will work as-is if you have patience or simply to use at home etc.
