This is a gorgeous hat pin holder with a gold top and beautiful purple pansies, green leaves.
The measurement is:  2" 3/4 inches tall, width 2" 1/4 inches wide
The gold paint on the top is not faded or worn
There are no chips or cracks
The purple flowers are pansies with yellow stamen in the center
The hat pin holder is in fantastic condition, the colors are strong and there are not any cracks or chips.
There is a maker signature on the bottom however, I cannot find the origin of the signature.
The design appears to be from Germany or Austria or France.
