    Santa Paula, CA Air Mail cover dated Aug 9, 1930 for dedication of the airport.  Cover is autographed by Mayor R.L Ramsay and also Milton M. Teague (not unsure of gentleman's title).
    On reverse; cover flap is opened, also some writing.  See pictures for more detail.
