Second owner of this ‘classic’ 2004 16’8” runabout. Boat is jet drive with a modern hull. The beautiful look of wood with the low maintenance of all-fiberglass construction. Seats 5. Mercury 175 Sportjet engine. 103 hours. Designed after one of the world’s rarest boats - the 1939 Century Thunderbolt - this all modern boat always gets a thumbs up from other boaters. Designed by famed naval architect Harry Scoell, it utilizes a patented "Delta Conic Hull" with a modern wetted surface. The classic, distinguished lines of this sleek speedster incorporates modern technology with the nostalgia of the "Golden Age of Boating." Similar to a jet ski in regards to handling and performance. Top speed using my GPS 49 mph.
Numerous upgrades and options including stereo and amp with subwoofer and 4 speakers, cockpit lighting, battery cutoff, two fire extinguishers (portable and engine compartment automatic), storage bins, depth finder, automatic bilge pump, removable food table, bumpers, bimini top, boat cover, aluminum trailer, LED lights, gas strut support for engine cover, LOUD external horn, swim ladder, American flag, fuel filter, fuel shutoff valve, primer bulb, cup holder, trickle charger, engine bay lighting, rear view mirror, mahogany steering wheel.
Some minor scratches from normal wear and paint chips in a small area where hull touches trailer (been that way for years with no issues). Windshield has small crack (see pics). Boat is kept covered, in a climate-controlled garage.
Trailer is aluminum with aluminum step plates and manual winch.Includes life jackets, ski rope, custom clip on fenders, paddle, engine oil, more.
