1997 Dodge Viper GTS. Two Owner 1526 miles. This Dodge Viper GTS was purchased new by TJ Day, a Nevada Philanthropic Civic and business leader, and Car Collector. Upon his death in 2014, his collection was sold and I acquired this Dodge Viper GTS. The car was stored in Mr. Day's climate controlled warehouse since new and since I acquired it in my climate controlled garage in Scottsdale , Arizona. Being a Nevada/Arizona car, I am confident it was never driven in the rain. The car is very original, the only thing that has been replaced are the fluids/filters, battery, and exhaust manifold gasket. There was also a factory recall performed in November 2004. All service records and documentation since new. Still has the new car smell. Service work only performed by Dodge dealers. Last service was 7 miles ago. Clean bill of health.If you looking for a collectible Viper with long term appreciation potential this is it. When I acquired the vehicle I purchased Gen 5 Viper Sidewinder II Matte Black rims and Pirelli Zero Rosso tires. I did not use the original tires other than to take pictures. The tires on the chrome rims are the original tires that came with the vehicle when it was purchased new from Reno Dodge on June 16, 1997. They are the only wheels and tires included in the sale.
