In the last picture above, I actually found a newspaper article about this event!
I see that these Animation Celebrations are a recurring event now . . . this was perhaps one of the earliest . . .
The Neptune Theatre, formerly known as U-Neptune Theatre, is a
performing arts
venue in the
University District
neighborhood of
Seattle
, in the
U.S. state
of
Washington
. Opened in 1921, the 800-seat venue hosts a variety of events, including dance and music performances, film screenings, and arts education. Prior to a renovation in 2011, the theater was primarily home to classic films.

Very good condition – has pin holes, also has tape marks on the back

this has a section of the surface that has lifted off on the back, perhaps when it was removed from where it was taped, does not affect the front of the poster . . . just needs to be glued down, I did not want to do it – leave that to you to carefully do . . . (see next to last pic)
This has been stored rolled up and will be shipped in a sturdy mailing tube.
