are additional typed pages numbered 1-12 on 6 sheets of onionskin paper. They are even more cryptic (likely harder to decipher) than the printed text.
This is the 1927 printing of the 1923 revised work. New York edition.
Originally copyrighted in 1894 by C. Gavitt. Copyrighted in 1915 by Allen Publishing Co.
