1913 BY-LAWS OF CHICAGO COMMANDERY NO. 19 KNIGHTS TEMPLAR LISTS OF OFFICERS AND HISTORICAL ROSTER
Black covers embossed with emblem and titles, lower right corner of cover chipped off SEE PHOTO.  Rear cover complete, some general soiling to first and last pages, otherwise all contents evenly toned, clean and unmarked.
PLEASE NOTE DEFECT, PAGES 8-16 HAVE BEEN NEATLY EXCISED FROM BOOKLET. I HAVE COLLATED THE BALANCE OF THE BOOK AND ALL PAGES ARE PRESENT.
Please see photo of gutter where pages have been excised, I have no idea if this was done at the time of the issuance or later, nor is there any way to know what is gone.  Page 17 is a title page "Officers" followed by each year's officers. Page 35 to the end is the historical roster of members as of Dec 31, 1912, thus it appears that the officers and members info is all present. see photos.
